Gift Certificate Information
Theresa’s Touch is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired gift certificates. Gift certificates that are made out for a dollar value do not expire. 48 hours cancellation notice is required for spa packages and multiple services booked. Failure to give notice of cancellation will result in treatment cost to be charged against the gift certificate.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. For multiple services booked or spa packages, we require 48 hours cancellation time. Cancellations with less than the said times will result in full charges for your scheduled services.

Spa Environment
For the comfort of others, please refrain from using your cell phone and bringing your children under the age of 16 to the salon. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is appreciated.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in gift certificate.
